According to Chaoshuang Research, JPMorgan’s October 13, 2026 research report indicates that the Apple HomeView is priced at $299 and will launch on November 13; the Apple TV 4K is priced at $299, and the HomePod mini 2 is priced at $149; Apple Home Collection accessories will go on sale starting in December, with cameras and thermostats starting at $199.95 and smart locks at $349.95. The HomeView will not initially enter the EU market due to the unavailability of Siri AI on iOS in the region.
JPMorgan notes that the HomeView introduces a new hardware category, with financial opportunities deriving from incremental hardware sales, service add-ons, and ecosystem monetization. Growth in iCloud+ subscriptions and demand for the Apple Home Hub are key drivers. JPMorgan maintains an Overweight rating with a $360 target price, implying a 5.6% upside from its October 12 closing price of $340.97.
