Thailand SEC publishes Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF rules, effective October 16
According to The Block, Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued regulatory framework rules for cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds (ETFs), which are set to officially take effect on October 16. In the initial phase, the underlying assets of the relevant funds will be limited to Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).
