VanEck has filed a withdrawal request with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its S-1 registration statement and related attachments regarding the VanEck Lido Staked Ethereum ETF, stating that it no longer intends to proceed with the offering of the product. The S-1 registration document was initially submitted on October 16, 2025.
