According to Investegate, UK Bitcoin treasury company The Smarter Web Company PLC (stock code: SWC) has announced its institutional and retail issuance results, successfully raising a total of £10 million (net proceeds of approximately £8.3 million). The company will issue 111,112 preference shares at an issue price of £90 per share, and is expected to list on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on October 14, 2026, under the trading code MORE (ISIN: GB00C0HJ0D12).
