According to reports from Bitcoin Treasuries, the latest financial disclosure report (OGE Form 278-T) filed by U.S. President Donald Trump indicates that his accounts purchased shares of Strategy Inc. (MSTR) on July 24 and July 27, with transaction values ranging between $1,001–$15,000 and $50,001–$100,000, respectively. The buys occurred while MSTR was trading at its lowest point of 2026. Since July 24, MSTR has gained approximately 83%.
The White House stated that the holdings are managed independently by a third-party entity, with Trump personally uninvolved in trading decisions. The positions were disclosed based on his status as a beneficial owner. Previously, Trump's accounts had also engaged in multiple transactions involving Strategy stock, including sales of positions totaling $16,002–$65,000 in June. The two additional buy orders in this filing record new trades executed during July's trading window.
