ZeroDev founder Derek Chiang joins Ethlabs to bring Ethereum technology into real-world products and commercial applications

Odaily News: Derek Chiang, founder of ZeroDev and former Offchain team member, announced his joining of Ethlabs, stating that he will focus on bringing Ethereum technologies such as real-time proofs, light clients, and fast confirmations into real-world products and commercial applications. He noted that the adoption of many underlying Ethereum technologies still lags significantly behind their potential—for instance, some cross-chain bridges still rely on multi-signature verification for L1 deposits. He hopes Ethlabs will become the market-facing force for Ethereum technology, persuading developers through technical and product advantages rather than ideology.
