New York State Court Dismisses Preliminary Injunction Application Against Kalshi

New York Supreme Court Justice Melissa A. Crane ruled that, since the relevant case has been transferred to federal court, the preliminary injunction motion previously filed by New York State against Kalshi is now moot and therefore dismissed the motion. The court also noted that if the case is remanded to state court in the future, the relevant motion may be resubmitted.
