The announcement stated that the company has halted updates since April, all funds are now fully depleted, maintenance for all products and services has been suspended, and it can no longer afford the costs of maintaining its exchange listings. Operating for five years since its founding, XCAD Network previously attempted to pivot from the fan token sector to AI virtual influencers, but the transition was unsuccessful, and there are now no remaining funds to support continued operations.
