The funds will be used to accelerate business expansion in North America and globally, with plans to open its first U.S. office in the second half of 2026. Founded in 2002, Omilia focuses on providing self-learning agent CX solutions for enterprise call centers using its proprietary voice AI technology, and the platform supports compliance standards such as FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
