Odaily News - According to an official announcement, global digital asset trading platform Gate will launch the third phase of Pre-IPOs project subscriptions, focusing on AI enterprise Moonshot AI, offering KIMI asset certificate subscription services.The KIMI asset certificate is a Mirror Note designed based on changes in the enterprise value of Moonshot AI. The subscription period runs from 15:00 on August 11, 2026, to 15:00 on August 13, 2026 (UTC+8), with a subscription price of $105-$115 per share (subject to final pricing results). The project's implied market value is approximately $50 billion, supporting subscription in both USDT and GUSD, with GUSD subscriptions additionally earning a 3.8% yield on demand U.S. Treasury bonds.After the subscription concludes, KIMI asset certificates will be fully unlocked and distributed at 15:00 (UTC+8) on August 17, with dedicated market trading opening approximately one month after distribution. Trading fees on the dedicated market are 0.5% maker fee and 1.5% taker fee. Additionally, this project charges a 5% underwriting service fee.
