Odaily News: Dinaro, an electronic money institution regulated by the Central Bank of Slovenia, has been included in the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) register of electronic money token (EMT) issuers, making it the first Slovenian issuer to be listed on the register. The latest update to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) register also added two crypto-asset service providers (CASPs): Czech lending institution Partners Banka and Germany's Volksbank Beilstein-Ilsfeld-Abstatt, bringing the total number of registered entities to 325. According to Dinaro's official website, it offers payment services such as card issuing and acquiring, and holds Mastercard principal membership. Czech company Altlift is no longer listed on the CASP register. The company first entered the register in early July this year, authorized to execute and transmit client orders and provide crypto-asset advice. With Dinaro's inclusion, the EMT register now contains 43 entries; the asset-referenced token (ART) register remains empty, and the list of non-compliant entities stands at 167. (Cointelegraph)
According to Cointelegraph, Bridge Building, the Luxembourg entity of Stripe's stablecoin infrastructure company Bridge, has officially joined the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) registry. Previously, on July 2, Bridge obtained Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) authorization under the MiCA framework and an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license issued by the Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission (CSSF). Bridge Head of Product Mai Leduc Blount stated that the aforementioned approvals will allow EU enterprises to build stablecoin and payment products within a compliant framework. According to the latest update from the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), Bridge's inclusion brings the total number of authorized Electronic Money Token (EMT) issuers in the EU to 42; during the same period, three institutions from Germany newly received CASP authorization, raising the total number of authorized CASPs in the EU to 324.
Odaily News: Bridge, Stripe's stablecoin infrastructure company, has joined the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) register through its Luxembourg entity Bridge Building, after receiving regulatory approval from Luxembourg. The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) update on Wednesday shows that with Bridge's inclusion, the number of MiCA-authorized electronic money token (EMT) issuers in the EU register has increased to 42. Bridge announced on July 2 that it had obtained the MiCA Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) authorization and Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license from the Luxembourg Financial Industry Supervisory Commission. Bridge product lead Mai Leduc Blount stated that the approvals allow EU companies to build stablecoin and payment products within a regulated framework. The same ESMA update also added three new German CASP entries, including Volksbank Die Gestalterbank, VBU Volksbank im Unterland, and VR-Bank Erding, bringing the total number of authorized CASPs in the EU register to 324. Asset-referenced token (ART) authorizations remained unchanged, with no ART issuers currently listed.
Odaily News: The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) updated its Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) registration list on July 31, adding 12 new companies. This marks the fourth update since the July 1 transition deadline, bringing the total number of authorized Crypto Asset Service Providers (CASPs) under MiCA to 321. The newly added entities include three German cooperative banks—Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Oberbayern Südost, VR Bank Schleswig-Holstein Mitte, and VR-Bank Landau-Mengkofen—as well as Spain's Basque Pay and Fintech Payments, and France's Finary, Woorton, Blockchain Process Security, and Shares Financial Assets. ESMA has also added Cervo Rendisco, Flandenzo, and Corona Fondenza to its list of non-compliant entities, with the relevant flags coming from Italy's securities regulator, the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB). The non-compliant entities list currently contains 167 entries. This update did not involve any other changes to MiCA-related registration lists. The number of authorized Electronic Money Token (EMT) issuers remains at 41, while the registration list for Asset-Referenced Token (ART) issuers currently has no entities.
Circle's Senior Director of EU Strategy and Policy Patrick Hansen (@paddi_hansen) stated in a post that since the implementation of the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), approximately 35 Electronic Money Tokens (EMT) from 21 institutions have obtained compliance certification, with banks and electronic money institutions entering the market and strong momentum in local issuance. However, among the top 50 global stablecoins, currently only USDC, USDG, and EURC comply with MiCA requirements; the rest remain outside the regulatory framework, leaving EU users facing a dual dilemma of lacking protection or having access forcibly cut off. Hansen believes that for MiCA to truly become a global regulatory blueprint, it must achieve two goals simultaneously: first, to promote local EMTs to go global through a competitive regime; second, to establish a recognition mechanism for overseas compliant stablecoins, attracting global issuers into the MiCA regulatory framework, rather than making local issuance the only access path.

Following the previous transitional deadline on July 1, ESMA’s second update had added 14 CASPs, including Ripple Payments Europe.
