Solana treasury company DFDV increased its holdings by approximately 26,200 SOL last week, bringing its total position to over 2.56 million SOL.

According to GlobalNewswire, DeFi Development (DFDV), a Nasdaq-listed Solana treasury company, disclosed that it added approximately 26,203 SOL to its holdings last week, bringing its total position to roughly 2.5642 million SOL, valued at approximately $302 million. DFDV also revealed that its SOL and equivalent asset holdings have grown by approximately 11% since reporting its second-quarter results on August 12. Additionally, it completed the initial dividend distribution for its CHAD Variable Rate Preferred Shares on October 1. This instrument is designed to generate returns through SOL staking and validator node operations to fund dividend payments and act as a financing mechanism for further SOL accumulation.

As of May 13, 2026, its SOL-per-share metric stood at 0.0670, up 108% year-on-year and up 1% from March 30; total SOL and equivalents amounted to 2,294,576, an increase of 3% from March 30. The company reaffirmed its guidance of 0.075 SOL per share for June 2026 and maintained its long-term target of 1.0 SOL per share by December 2028.
