According to EU-Startups, Berlin-based AI services company Integral announced the closing of an €18 million Series A financing round, co-led by Mosaic Ventures and Reid Hoffman, with Cherry Ventures, General Catalyst, and Puzzle Ventures participating. Since its founding in 2024, the company has raised over €30 million in cumulative funding. Integral specializes in providing AI-driven accounting, tax, and payroll services for SMEs. It leverages AI agents to handle invoice reconciliation, bookkeeping, payroll calculation, and tax filing, with every document reviewed and signed by licensed professionals. Currently, over 50% of its clients have achieved fully automated accounting processes, shortening the monthly accounting cycle from several weeks to just a few hours.
Odaily News: Copper has been seeking a buyer since May this year and hired Cantor Fitzgerald to assist with the sale process, with an initial asking price of $500 million. The company has currently received offers of around $200 million, down from a peak valuation of over $2 billion. Amar Kuchinad joined Copper as CEO in October 2024, following the departure of Copper founder and former CEO Dmitry Tokarev. Kuchinad previously worked at Goldman Sachs and served as an advisor to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Copper recently added two new executives, with Elin Cherry as Chief Compliance Officer and Sean Bowen as Chief Operating Officer.
According to Pulse2, AI agent platform Moss announced it has entered the "unicorn club" by completing a €30 million Series C funding round led by Portage and Cherry Ventures. The new funds will support its expansion into a broader Finance AI product system, building AI agent (AI agents) workflows for corporate finance departments. Users can configure AI agents based on different financial functions, retaining visibility and control over the agent's operational steps and decision-making process while tasks are automatically executed.
