: Cardano wallet service provider SecondFi has released an update on the security incident recovery progress, stating that EMURGO has established an asset recovery fund to return assets to users affected by the attack.SecondFi stated that emergency measures have been taken to protect and restore access to some assets. The team is currently discussing appropriate custody mechanisms with Intersect to ensure the safe return of assets to users.Furthermore, SecondFi is collaborating with a Cardano community-led working group to advance the on-chain recovery plan. Due to the recovery plan being more complex than initially expected, the overall recovery time may exceed the previously estimated two weeks.
Ripple launches XRPL lending protocol, aimed at providing lending and credit infrastructure for on-chain assets. The protocol adopts a design philosophy of "off-chain credit assessment, on-chain standardized execution", consists of two parts: single-asset vaults and lending protocol, and is used to organize liquidity and issue loans, calculate interest, process repayments, and handle defaults according to agreed terms.
: According to official sources, Astarter, an autonomous AI Economy infrastructure on the BNB Chain ecosystem, has announced strategic support from institutions including Vega Ventures, UZ Capital, Go2Mars, and BitBT Ventures, further strengthening its AI ecosystem layout. Base has officially released an analysis report on the block production outage, disclosing that the Base mainnet experienced two block production interruptions on June 25 and 26, lasting 116 minutes and 20 minutes respectively. On-chain asset security was unaffected, and funds remained safe at all times. The root cause was a vulnerability in the sequencer's block construction logic: after a transaction execution failure, the old journal state was not properly cleared, causing subsequent legitimate transactions to encounter gas calculation errors during execution, thereby generating invalid state transition blocks and halting block production on the entire L2 chain.Base stated that the issue has been resolved through a patch, and will strengthen the protocol's fuzz testing and stress testing framework to identify potential malicious transaction paths, while optimizing monitoring and operational processes. Additionally, plans are in place to introduce a recovery mechanism to enhance rapid recovery capabilities in future similar events.
ZachXBT issued a community alert on X, warning that the centralized exchange AscendEX (formerly Bitmax) has recently been reported to experience delays in processing user withdrawals—some withdrawal requests may take several days or even weeks. ZachXBT noted that ETH, USDT, SOL, and other major high-market-cap assets are held in relatively low amounts within known hot wallets flagged by Arkham and TRM, potentially indicating liquidity pressure facing the platform.
Ondo has officially launched a 24/7 instant minting and redemption service for tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs. Previously, the platform only supported minting and redemption windows 24 hours a day, five days a week (24/5). With this upgrade, eligible users can now mint or redeem supported tokenized assets at current market prices at any time, including weekends and U.S. public holidays. The first batch of assets supporting 24/7 instant minting and redemption includes six tokenized stocks: SPYon, QQQon, CRCLon, NVDAon, TSLAon, and GOOGLon. These are currently live on Ethereum and BNB Chain, with Solana support coming soon.

Taiko stated on the X platform that all Proposers (nodes responsible for producing new blocks) have suspended block production.Taiko stated that the team is currently investigating the breach of the chain state verification mechanism and is continuously assessing the scope of the incident's impact and subsequent countermeasures. Previously, Taiko confirmed that its chain state verification mechanism had been compromised and advised users to immediately withdraw funds from cross-chain bridges deployed on Taiko.
Taiko stated on its X platform that it has confirmed its chain state verification mechanism has been compromised, and the security assumptions of all cross-chain bridges deployed on Taiko are no longer reliable.Taiko said it is coordinating with its security committee and ecosystem partners to control the situation, suspending affected systems, and taking technical and legal actions. Taiko strongly advises all users to immediately withdraw funds from cross-chain bridges deployed on Taiko.Additionally, Taiko has made an urgent request for all centralized exchanges to suspend TAIKO token deposit services until further official notice. Previously, Taiko's ERC20 Vault was attacked, resulting in losses exceeding $1 million.

stablecoin issuer Circle has officially announced that its Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP) now supports the Stellar network. This upgrade enables developers to more easily transfer USDC between Stellar and other supported networks. Circle also released details on Stellar address handling mechanisms, the CctpForwarder contract design, and USDC precision rules on the Stellar network. Additionally, Circle has published a quick-start developer guide to help builders facilitate cross-chain USDC transfers and application integration on Stellar.
: The Algorand Foundation has released a quantum-resistant upgrade roadmap, planning to initiate a series of protocol upgrades in 2026 and achieve the network's overall "quantum security" capability by the end of 2027 to 2028, in response to the potential threat that future quantum computing poses to existing cryptographic systems. The roadmap shows that the first phase will introduce a post-quantum account system, multi-signature wallets, and staking support, followed by a gradual upgrade of core protocol components to achieve a comprehensive cryptographic migration from the wallet layer to the infrastructure. It is reported that multiple public blockchain ecosystems, including the Ethereum Foundation and Solana, have also initiated similar research into post-quantum cryptography and migration planning. According to an official announcement, Circle has announced that its Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP) now supports Stellar and has added Stellar to Domain 27. Circle detailed this update in its latest release notes, along with key integration considerations developers should keep in mind before transferring USDC to or from Stellar.
Renaiss, a real-world collectibles liquidity infrastructure, announced the successful completion of a $1.5 million seed funding round, led by YZi Labs, with participation from Gate Ventures, Hash Global, XIN Family, and Redline Labs. Angel investors include Mask Network, Far East Group, Logoman, Hoopi, and Legit App. Built on BNB Chain, Renaiss aims to connect third-party vaults, card shops, and custodial nodes via its Renaiss Vault OS, while Renaiss.XYZ serves as the application layer enabling users to access the on-chain collectibles market. Renaiss provides verifiable custody, standardized settlement, and on-chain liquidity for physical collectibles—eliminating friction in verification, custody, pricing, and cross-border transactions. This allows custodially verified collectibles to undergo ownership transfers on-chain and circulate globally in a trustless, permissionless manner. The funds will be used to expand the vault network, strengthen product development and integration with the Renaiss SDK ecosystem, broaden the range of supported collectible categories, drive global market expansion, and support infrastructure development for DeFi integration and AI Agents. Notably, Renaiss has been selected as a project in the third cohort of YZi Labs’ EASY Residency incubation program.
The Algorand Foundation has officially released its post-quantum upgrade roadmap, planning to initiate a series of protocol modifications in 2026 and achieve full “quantum-resilient” capability across the network by the end of 2027 through 2028—addressing potential future threats posed by quantum computing to existing cryptographic systems. According to the roadmap, Phase I will introduce a post-quantum account system, multi-signature wallets, and staking support; subsequent phases will progressively upgrade core protocol components, enabling comprehensive cryptographic migration—from wallet layers to infrastructure. It is reported that several other public-chain ecosystems—including the Ethereum Foundation and Solana—have also launched similar research and migration initiatives for post-quantum cryptography.
