As reported by The Block, Standard Chartered Bank plans to provide crypto custody services to institutional investors in Singapore. The custody products will hold client assets in segregated accounts and provide legal protection comparable to that of traditional assets. The service is scheduled to roll out in other major financial centers, including the UAE, Luxembourg, and Hong Kong, beginning in mid-2026.
