Osmosis: Vulnerability in bOSMO redemption contract will compensate approximately 40,500 OSMO to 1,037 accounts

A flaw in Backbone’s bOSMO staking contract causes the actual amount of OSMO paid per redemption to be approximately 50% higher than the amount owed. This issue has existed since at least April 2026 because the contract double-counted the OSMO staked in Backbone’s own validator nodes when calculating the redemption amount.
