MemeCore Announces $1 Billion Strategic Deal with ZeroStack

Odaily News: MemeCore has announced that its core team members have reached a strategic deal worth $1 billion with Nasdaq-listed crypto infrastructure asset management company ZeroStack (NASDAQ: ZSTK).According to the announcement, MemeCore will contribute related assets to ZeroStack in exchange for ZeroStack equity and pre-funded warrants. The deal aims to strengthen the connection between the MemeCore ecosystem and the U.S. public capital markets, while driving development in decentralized AI, digital assets, and blockchain infrastructure.MemeCore stated that this partnership will further integrate its Meme economy ecosystem, decentralized AI applications, and digital asset infrastructure, providing support for future ecosystem expansion and capital market financing.
