Odaily News Despite Ocean mining pool supporting BIP-110, miner Simple Mining, which uses the pool's DATUM protocol, still refuses to signal support and mined block height 961,634 on the Bitcoin main chain. BIP-110 has received a hash rate support rate of approximately 2.6%, far below the 55% threshold it seeks. The proposal aims to restrict non-financial data in transactions within one year. After BIP-110 nodes began rejecting blocks that did not signal support at height 961,632, the fork chain stalled after producing only 2 blocks; the Bitcoin main chain subsequently led the fork chain by more than 200 blocks.
