Legal AI startup Legora completes $550 million Series E funding round, reaching a valuation of $8.8 billion

According to Tech in Asia, Swedish legal AI software company Legora announced the completion of a $550 million Series E funding round led by Atreides Management, with a post-money valuation of $8.8 billion, up from $5.6 billion in the previous round. The funds will be used for business expansion and product development in the United States and the Asia-Pacific region. Legora has maintained an office in Singapore since May 2026, and its team there is expected to reach 20 employees by the end of 2026. The company stated that its annual recurring revenue (ARR) has surpassed $200 million.
