According to an announcement by Silvia, under crypto entrepreneur Anthony Pompliano (formerly ProCap Financial, Nasdaq: SVIA), the company has repurchased an additional 2.3% of its outstanding common shares at a price below net asset value (NAV) since September 15. Since the buyback program was initiated, the company has cumulatively repurchased approximately 14.5% of its outstanding shares. As of the close on September 22, the company had 82,881,223 outstanding shares, held approximately 5,130 bitcoins (a decrease of roughly 124 from the approximately 5,254 on September 15), and reported a per-share NAV of approximately $4.27. The company stated it would continue to repurchase shares until the stock price ceases to trade below NAV.
