Dataline Closes $10.6 Million Seed Round, Backed by Coinbase Ventures and Others
According to The Block, Dataline, a decentralized data network for AI agents, has announced the closing of a $10.6 million seed round, co-led by Lattice and Samsung-backed Dispersion Capital, with participation from Symbolic Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Anagram, and Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev. The round closed in April and utilized a SAFE with token warrants, though the valuation was not disclosed.
Dataline plans to launch its token by the end of the year and conduct a public sale on Base via Uniswap’s Continuous Clearing Auction (CCA) mechanism, with specific details expected to be released next week. The team hopes to make this offering the largest Uniswap CCA on Base, but has not disclosed the total raise amount or the number of tokens being sold.
