Subscription channels open, Coinbase launches IPO service, first project is Oura Ring

Coinbase posted on X that IPO is now available on Coinbase, with the first issuance project being Oura Ring. Users can apply for subscription allocations directly through the app before public trading begins. The application window will remain open until 4 PM ET on September 29, and applications can still be submitted during the weekend.
