Samsung Electro-Mechanics Secures 3.7 Trillion Won Investment From Tesla and NVIDIA

According to Korean media reports, Tesla and NVIDIA have invested approximately 1.1 trillion and 2.6 trillion South Korean won, respectively, in Samsung Electro-Mechanics, totaling 3.7 trillion won, to expand dedicated production lines for high-performance flip-chip ball grid array (FC-BGA) substrates used in artificial intelligence chips at its facilities, including the plant in Sejong, South Korea.
