Project Eleven collaborates with Relm Insurance to explore the impact of post-quantum security on digital asset insurance pricing.

According to PR Newswire, post-quantum security company Project Eleven announced that Relm Insurance will participate as a development partner in its flagship institutional custody product, Strongpoint. The two parties will explore how to assess institutional post-quantum security controls in digital asset insurance underwriting, with the research scope covering key exposure, signature systems, transaction approvals, migration readiness, and third-party dependencies. In the background, if quantum computing becomes sufficiently powerful, it may derive private keys from exposed public keys, thereby jeopardizing digital assets. Strongpoint combines traditional and post-quantum signatures and decouples institutional controls from the cryptographic layer, enabling institutions to change signature algorithms while retaining approval rules and audit records.
