AI real estate tech company EliseAI has announced the completion of a new $350 million funding round, reaching a valuation of $4 billion. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners, with existing investors Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital participating. This marks the company's fourth investment from a16z and Bessemer since 2023, coming just about 13 months after its previous $250 million Series E round.It is reported that EliseAI's software currently primarily provides automated home leasing, resident services, maintenance requests, and lease renewals, with its platform covering approximately one-sixth of apartments across the United States. The new funding will be used for product development and to expand EliseAI's engineering, deployment, and sales teams in North America. (Fortune)
