Malaysia High Court Rules Government to Return Approximately 176 BTC, Nine Fraud Victims Receive Partial Restitution

According to reports from Malaysia's Sin Chew Daily, the Malaysian High Court ruled that the government must return approximately 176.18 BTC to nine victims of the Bitkingdom cryptocurrency investment fraud case. The judge noted that the victims had proven the relevant bitcoins were obtained through fraud, and their subsequent transfer through multiple digital wallets and mixing does not affect their legal ownership.
