According to CoinDesk, Matt Prusak, President and Interim CFO of Trump-affiliated Bitcoin mining company American Bitcoin (ABTC), announced he will officially resign on August 4 to join AI and energy infrastructure developer Giga Energy as Chief Commercial Officer and Interim CFO. Prusak stated that after "years of deep involvement in the Bitcoin business," he is shifting focus to the field of "power infrastructure that currently constrains mining and AI computing power." Headquartered in Houston, Giga Energy has delivered over 6.5GW of power infrastructure and is developing over 500MW of AI-ready data center capacity.
