Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich stated that Metaplanet will acquire a controlling stake in Nasdaq-listed company Super League Enterprise (Nasdaq: SLE). Upon completion of the transaction, Super League Enterprise will be renamed Superplanet, Inc. and will be included in the consolidated financial statements as Metaplanet Group's Bitcoin reserve platform in the United States.
