Strategy Announces STRC Will Begin Conditional Daily Dividend Payouts in November 2026

Strategy announced on its official X account that it has conditionally declared daily STRC dividends for the period from November 1 to 30, 2026, maintaining an annual dividend rate of 12.00%. This dividend plan is contingent upon shareholders approving the daily dividend amendment on October 28. Strategy stated that upon passage of the amendment, each calendar day, including weekends and holidays, will serve as a record date for STRC dividends. Strategy previously noted that daily dividend distributions would enable it to secure approximately 93% of the market share, strengthen its competitive advantage and capital structure, while urging MSTR shareholders to participate in the vote.
