NEAR Co-founder Proposes Establishing Protocol Sovereign Fund, Plans to Support Ecosystem Public Goods with Protocol Revenue
NEAR co-founder Illia Polosukhin submitted a proposal to "Establish a Protocol Sovereign Fund" in the community, suggesting that current and future protocol reserves, historical protocol revenue, and future protocol revenue be included in the fund reserves, and that fund returns be used to fund ecosystem public goods. The proposal is currently still in the community discussion phase.
