IPO participation portal opens, Coinbase first to support Oura Ring
Brian Armstrong posted on X that IPO allocations have long been mainly available to institutions and a small number of high-net-worth individuals. Coinbase has now launched an IPO participation portal within its app, with first-phase support for Oura Ring.
