Lumia Initiates LGP-01 Governance Proposal: Plans Full Buyback of HyperNode Node Rewards and Establishment of a Growth Fund

The Lumia community has now opened voting on the LGP-01 proposal. The proposal recommends that the Lumia Foundation Treasury execute a one-time upfront full repurchase of the remaining unallocated rewards for HyperNodes over the next approximately 18 years at a fixed price of 0.09 USDT per LUMIA token (a premium of over 10% compared to the 30-day time-weighted average price), and will formally terminate the original node reward program upon completion of the repurchase.
