Binance Releases Important Update Regarding Dividend Adjustment for Samsung TradFi Perpetual Contracts
Binance announced that since the final dividend amount for Samsung Electronics has not yet been confirmed, the platform will use an estimated value to calculate dividends for the SAMSUNGUSDT TradFi perpetual contract. Based on a reference of KRW 4,500 per share, Binance will apply dividend adjustments to traders holding net positions on the contract's ex-dividend date (September 29, 2026, 08:00 KST). Within one week of Samsung Electronics officially announcing the actual dividend amount, Binance will reconcile any difference. Additionally, the dividend adjustment amount will not be subject to funding rate caps or floors.
