Circle Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Fox-Geen plans to step down after serving for more than five years, with an expected departure no later than the end of December. He may leave earlier if his successor assumes the role ahead of schedule. Circle has engaged an executive search firm to assist in finding a successor.
