CleanSpark Secures $2.276 Billion to Complete Data Center Construction, Meta Lease Expected to Generate $6.6 Billion in Revenue

Odaily News: CleanSpark announced it has secured $2.276 billion in funding to complete the construction of the Sandersville data center. The project mined 529 BTC in September and sold 702 BTC, of which 2 BTC were sold through spot trading and 700 BTC through call options at an average selling price of $72,928, reducing its holdings by 173 BTC to 13,530 BTC. CleanSpark will transition to quarterly operational data reporting; with the support of the Meta lease, the data center is expected to generate $6.6 billion in revenue.
