According to an 8-K filing submitted by Strive to the U.S. SEC, Strive purchased 4,045 Bitcoin at an average price of approximately $82,803 between October 12 and 16, 2026. This includes 2,822 Bitcoin previously announced on October 14 for acquisitions made from October 12 to 13, along with 1,223 Bitcoin purchased from October 14 to 16 at an average price of approximately $81,734. As of October 16, Strive holds a cumulative total of 36,818 Bitcoin, alongside 505,000 preferred shares of Strategy STRC (fair value of approximately $49.35 million) and approximately $317.5 million in cash.
