Crypto.com launches tokenized stock derivatives covering 1,500 US stocks and ETFs
Odaily News: Cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com has begun offering tokenized derivatives tracking 1,500 US stocks and ETFs, including Apple, Tesla, and Nvidia.
These products provide synthetic exposure to the price of the underlying stocks, with investors not holding the underlying shares and having no voting or other shareholder rights.
The launch comes as multiple cryptocurrency exchanges enter the equities market, amid ongoing discussions over what rights tokenized stocks should represent. (CoinDesk)
