The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has listed “BTCC” as a suspicious virtual asset trading platform. The SFC stated that the relevant entity is a virtual asset trading platform operated by a Polish company, BTCC Poland Limited (English name only), and it is not licensed by the Hong Kong SFC, while being suspected of conducting unlicensed activities in Hong Kong.
