Anthropic 联手麦格理与新加坡 GIC，成立合资公司 Theseus Infrastructure 建设 AI 数据中心

According to The Straits Times, Anthropic, Macquarie Asset Management, and Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC announced on August 10 the establishment of the joint venture entity Theseus Infrastructure, initially focusing on the US market and specifically dedicated to developing AI compute infrastructure. The division of labor among the three parties is clear: Macquarie and GIC are responsible for providing most of the equity funding for each project, while Anthropic has committed to covering the costs of consumer electricity price increases resulting from data center operations. Currently, none of the parties have disclosed the specific investment scale.
