OpenAI announces a partnership with SB Energy, NVIDIA, and the U.S. Department of Energy to build a data center project with approximately 8 gigawatts of IT capacity at the PORTS-Pike Technology Park in Pike County, Ohio. The project is expected to create 35,000 construction jobs during the six-year construction period by 2032 and bring 2,500 long-term operational jobs.
