Coinbase announced that its subsidiary, Coinbase Clearing LLC, has been approved by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to register as a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), becoming the first clearinghouse with USDC as its native asset.
