Claude Hosted Proxy Adds Session Budget Feature, Auto-Pauses When Limit Reached
Claude launched an update for hosted agents this week; users can now set budgets for sessions to keep spending predictable. When a session reaches the budget limit, it will automatically pause and trigger the budget_reached event, and users can increase the budget amount to resume the session. This feature is designed to help developers better manage the operating costs of AI assistants.
