Bank of America Withdraws from Moonshot AI's Hong Kong IPO Underwriter List
According to Bloomberg, sources familiar with the matter said that Bank of America Corp. is no longer acting as a potential underwriter for China-based artificial intelligence startup Moonshot AI's initial public offering (IPO). Previously, the bank had entered into talks to serve as the overall coordinator for its Hong Kong IPO, but negotiations ultimately failed to secure a formal mandate. This development comes as the Chinese AI firm faces strict scrutiny in the United States.
