Agora Receives Conditional In-Principle Approval for U.S. National Trust Bank Charter from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
Stablecoin issuer Agora announced that it has received preliminary conditional approval from the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to establish a federally chartered and federally regulated national trust bank. Upon obtaining final approval, the trust bank will operate under OCC supervision.
