According to French media reports, early this morning, three masked intruders broke into the home of a couple in their sixties in Mont-de-Marsan, Landes, France, and threatened them to hand over cryptocurrency. The 63-year-old husband sustained head injuries, and the perpetrators subsequently fled with a laptop and a mobile phone. After freeing themselves, the two victims contacted the police and were taken to the hospital for examination. Initial police investigations suggest the incident may be linked to the couple's son, who works in the cryptocurrency industry. Following the attack, the son has been placed under police protection. The three suspects remain at large, and the case is being investigated by the judicial police in Bayonne.
