Judge Edward Davila ordered OpenAI on October 13 to submit collected interview materials within five days and the remaining records within 14 days, including checklists, guidelines, scripts, and technical demonstrations, in response to the trade secret lawsuit filed by Apple on July 10. It was previously reported that Apple requested a federal judge to prohibit OpenAI from using hardware secrets taken by former employees, and this order marks a new development in the same litigation.
