Hyperliquid Policy Committee Submits Comment Letter to U.S. SEC on Crypto Regulatory Rules, Proposing Five Core Adjustments
The Hyperliquid Policy Council (HPC) stated that it has submitted a comment letter to the U.S. SEC supporting its proposed Regulation Crypto Assets, and recommended five adjustments in the final rules to further clarify regulatory boundaries for token issuances, airdrops, secondary market trading, and safe harbors.
