South Korean AI chip design company DeepX completes first tranche of Series D funding, valuation surges to $2.2 billion

According to Bloomberg, South Korean AI chip design company DeepX has completed the first tranche of its Series D funding round, raising 4.2 billion won from existing investors BNW Investment Co. and DS Asset Management Co. The latest valuation is approximately 3.14 trillion won (about $2.2 billion), representing an approximately 4-fold increase from the previous valuation.
